Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Select [ Bankruptcy > Other ]

     

  2. Enter the case number

     

  3. Verify the case number and name are correct and click Next

     

  4. Select Chapter 13 Statement of Your Current Monthly Income and Calculation of Commitment Period (Form 122C-1) and click Next

     

  5. Select the Debtor(s) you represent from the party pick list and click Next

    The Attorney / Party Association screen may display.  Click here for more information and click Next

     

  6. The PDF screen will display

  7. The Current Income screen will display:

    • Enter the current income from Line 14 of From 22C-1 in the text box

    • Click Next

  8. The Disposable Income screen will display:

     

    • Select the applicable radio button

    • Click Next

     

  9. The Commitment Period screen will display:

    • Select the applicable radio button

    • Click Next

     

  10. The Modify Text screen will display

    If applicable, select Amended from the prefix dropdown box..

  12. Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correctClosedselect Bankruptcy to start over / If correct

  13.  

  14. Click, Next to complete the filing process


    The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
